As a picky ice cream person, this is my absolute favorite!!!!! There has been no other ice cream shop that has surpassed Handels in my mind. Their ice cream is incredibly creamy and almost all of their flavors are rich. Except for vanilla based without another strong flavor. Their pricing is great for the amount you get as well typically. We had never been here before, but since we were charging our Tesla nearby, we decided to give it a try. I ordered the banana split with rocky road, strawberry, and coffee ice cream, and every flavor was delicious. The portions were generous, too! We enjoyed it so much that we came back the following week and tried the hot fudge sundae and the s'mores. The s'mores was a bit too sweet for my taste, but everything else was great. BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!!! This was my 1st time coming & will NOT be my last. The ice cream was soo good! They have a motto that says we never skimp and if you look at our portions, they did not skimp and we all had a small size! It was so good! Oh my goodness! Do you love creamy ice cream? I know I do! Handel's offers several flavors which gives everybody an option. I had the buckeye ice cream with the chocolate peanut dipped cone. Easily some of the best ice cream you will ever have! Handel's makes their ice cream fresh daily, and you can absolutely taste the difference—it is incredibly rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. Their menu is massive, so there’s always something new to try, but you can’t go wrong with the classics or their seasonal specials. My daughter had her half birthday today so we came to celebrate Friday around 5:30! The young male employee who helped us was so patient, helpful and explained the sizes and flavors to us without skipping a beat. Both my girls got size medium ice cream cones, which is two flavors and way too ice cream in my opinion, but oh well. I got a small cone, which was the perfect amount. Unlike most places, the ice cream to mix-ins ratio is high, so you get more ice cream, which I really enjoyed. What an amazing staff! So patient with us wanting to try all of the delicious samples. They had accidentally swapped the sized of our requested order - we wanted A quart of the French silk and pint of the cookie dough and Caleb, the manager stepped in and helped us out with nothing but a smile. He patiently explained their catering options and runs the place really well. I especially liked the clean bathroom, clean establishment, and cute setup. Will definitely be back! Every time I come here everyone is so nice. Sometimes it can get kind of busy but service is still always quick. Handel's has the best ice cream by far and there's so many delicious flavors to choose from. They have a sampler that allows you to choose 4 flavors so I get that pretty much every time I come. Mint Oreo and Coconut caramel delight are my favorites but every flavor I have tried is good. I tried the Coffee Chocolate Chip ice cream, and it was delicious! The coffee flavor was rich and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness.
